Happy Easter/ Passover: Cinnamon and Cook

This weekend we had the lucky opportunity to harvest cinnamon on another farm, and we got paid to do it!  Cinnamon is the inner bark of a tree which has been grown to around 4 to 6 years of age.  You can eat the bark raw and it is sweet and delicious!  The leaves also…
